Unlike Captive Agents such as State Farm or Allstate, Independent Agents like us have access to multiple insurance companies, allowing us to find the most competitive coverage and rates for you. We are local and committed to servicing all your insurance needs.

We collaborate with a wide range of Companies that undergo thorough scrutiny to ensure not only their financial strength but also their ability to provide the service and coverage that meet our clients' requirements.

Your Homeowners premium is divided by your mortgage company and included in your monthly house note. The money is held in your escrow account, and your Homeowners Insurance is paid once a year upon renewal. Remember, your insurance policy belongs to you. If you sell your home, please contact us to cancel your policy.

Your Homeowners Declarations is the policy that is sent to you with each renewal. There are credits available on your state return for the Louisiana Fair Plan Assessment fee that you may be eligible for.

Whether it's a personal home or a commercial building, flood insurance is a separate policy and is not included in your homeowners or commercial property policy. You can purchase it through our office.

Employers in Louisiana must maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance, even if they have only one employee. This requirement covers part-time, full-time, temporary, and seasonal employees.
